Negative reflections of nepotism on employees and obstacles in the process of institutionalization of family businesses

One of the most prominent problems faced by family businesses is presence nepotism. This study was conducted to find out if nepotism present in local operating Kosovo. It also aims identify negative reflections on employees and effects obstructing institutionalization businesses. In this study, direct interviews were with managers 10 who have no ties founders business. The qualitative methods model case where program MAXQDA 2020 used for data analysis, which created codes categories from results interviews.
